From a users point of view, it has a couple of issues.

Firstly, it states 150 words as a limit, but then deletes 115 of the words you entered. This is only in particular areas, responsibilities and awards.

Secondly, while using chrome at least, every time I attempt to close a Tab in my browser which is open on the Gateway site, my entire machine freezes for about 15-30 seconds.

Just for the record, I have 8gb of ram and a quad core processor with 10,000 RPM harddrives....this may mean nothing to the computer illiterate but for those in the know, this is reasonably powerful machine. Pretty sure the machine can handle a few open tabs.

Why the site is doing this I am not sure, but it is mighty irritating.

Of course, this is day 1 and the support staff are on holiday what with it being a Bank Holiday, so maybe by the time I awaken in the morning all will be fixed.

We shall see.

A really interesting post, lots of points I will take to heart, starting with removing both instances of "insight" from my CV.
